Booking Form

This form is to be used for all hiring options in the Chapel. The hiring options are :

Option 1 – inner and outer meetings rooms.
Option 2 – inner, outer meeting rooms and nave.

You will receive an email once your booking is confirmed. A booking is not confirmed until the booking form has been completed, submitted and payment has been taken.

I confirm that the information below is correct and should I become aware of any alterations to these arrangements I will contact FHRC as soon as possible.

    Please give a brief description of the type of event you will be holding

    You must include setting up time and clearing up time in your total time.

    If yes to the above, please specify all electrical items you will be using.
